Comic, Cartoon & Sketching

Develop your own characters and sharpen your skills while you learn the secrets used by your favorite master cartoonists. Expand character design and comic book creation while feeding your need to tell your own stories. The class explores many different styles such as superheroes, comic books, manga, anime, chibis, Disney, etc. Each weekly class meets for an hour and a half. IN-PERSON & on-line CLASSES

3. Click on Register to choose from the payment options:

Semester (prorated): this is the BEST OPTION! You’ll get a discounted price, and the option to choose a payment plan or pay in full.
Class Pack: we offer a Flex pack of 5 classes at the standard pricing. You can access “Class Pack” by clicking on Drop-In
Drop-In: ideal for visiting students.
Sibling Discount applies when the siblings are registering for classes of the same price.

All materials are included in the in-person classes.

Please remember to pay the Registration Fee of $100 per year of classes. If you have paid already, you can go ahead and schedule.

Makeup classes: we are able to offer one (1) makeup class a month per participant. Makeup classes can be suspended if there is no availability in other slots. There will be no refund for classes not taken.
Makeup classes are NOT available for online classes, only for in-person classes

CARTOON, COMIC & sketching ON-LINE CLASSES

Cartoon Drawing Basics: group class with Mr. Kenny Calderon.

Cartoon & Comic Private Classes: 45 minutes one on one classes plus 20-minute participation in critique during the group classes in order to get feedback from fellow cartoonists. Please email info@theartshackmiami.com, call, or text 786-664-8893 to inquire about availability.
Materials: Students must have their own materials as recommended by the teacher.
